As Founder and CEO William Wang oversees VIZIO’s strategic direction and is deeply committed to delivering visionary products at a great value. After earning his degree in Electrical Engineering from USC William started MAG Innovision followed by the purchase of Princeton Graphic Systems before launching VIZIO in 2002.
In 2011 William was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year by the OC Register and in 2012 was named Business Person of the Year by the OC Business Journal.
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented by Tokyo Electron.

Jialiang K-9 Kennel Shanghai Inc. founded in 1980 by Jialiang Wang was the first private-owned kennel in China. He offers a full array of dog care services from breeding to boarding. Jialiang has become international known for his highly trained security and bomb-sniffing dogs which he provides to private and military clients around the world. Jialiang also operates the prestigious Shanghai Jialiang Equestrian Club which provides equine care and training services. His upcoming Austin and Central Texas tour will be focused forging new international business opportunities.
The Global Entrepreneur of the Year Award will be presented by George Mui Senior Advisor White House Initiative on Asian American and Pacific Islander.

Ruvati USA Inc. headquartered in Austin TX is a manufacturer and distributer of high end stainless steel sinks faucets and accessories for kitchens and baths. This young company is owned by Ashraf Hossain who has made major inroads into the competitive U.S. home improvement marketplace through his business philosophy of focusing on quality and design. The Ruvati product lines can be found in major hardware stores design showrooms and online stores. Ruvati products are recognized for their contemporary design high quality and life-time warranties.
The Economic Engine Award will be presented by Albert Shen Minority Business Development Agency.
Jamie is the founder of Caring for Cambodia (CFC) which supports 6500 students in 21 government schools in Cambdia. CFC provides students with well-equipped classrooms and local CFC-trained teachers hot meals uniforms basic health and hygiene care — and often a bicycle. Jamie a Texas native was moved to create this charity after vacationing in Cambodia and visiting a poor school with dirt floors a few teachers. Her amazing leadership and work has significantly improved the quality of life for thousands of children.
The Leadership Award will be presented by HDR.

Sung Je Lee
Sung Je is a very active member of the GAACC and key volunteer for the Ovation Gala. Sung Je recently made a trip as an ambassador for the FWD.US organization to Washington DC for meetings with Senator Cornyn and Congressman Doggett’s staff to advocate in favor of comprehensive immigration reform which would benefit immigrant entrepreneurs.
Sung Je Lee is a native of South Korea yet grew up in Jakarta Indonesia. After graduating from Jakarta International School he attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned his BBA in International Business from the McCombs School of Business before obtaining his JD MBA and LLM in International Comparative Studies from St. Mary’s University. Sung Je served in the Republic of Korea Army's Air Assault Commando Unit with the 701 Special Forces Regiment in Paju South Korea. He now serves as an associate attorney practicing business and real estate law with The Fowler Law Firm.

Emerging Business of the Year
Chi’Lantro BBQ started out as food truck business and has grown into a brick and mortar restaurant and one of Austin foodie favorites. Korean born restaurateur Jae Kim’s Korean Mexican fusion menu is best known for its Kimchi Fries and Seoul Burritos. Despite being a young enterprise Chi'lantro has many loyal fans and holds great promise for continued growth.

ASIA Foundation Austin
The Asian-American Students in America (A.S.I.A) Foundation formerly known as Walnut Creek Vietnamese Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to the educational and cultural enrichment of Vietnamese Dual Language students. A.S.I.A. offers leadership training after school tutoring martial arts and Asian music and dance programs to promote Asian culture while providing educational and career guidance to students. A.S.I.A. has touched the lives of thousands of Austin youth since its beginnings in 2000.
SAIVA (South Asians’ International Volunteer Association) is a non-profit group aimed at promoting well-being education and friendship through volunteering. SAIVA's focus is on enabling seniors to participate in the communities where they live either on a temporary or permanent basis. SAIVA is involved with many organizations in Austin to facilitate health and educational workshops social activities and events and volunteer services to numerous organizations and causes.
The Outstanding Organization of the Year Award will be presented by ATX Environmental Solutions.
