1.Club facility and activities are open to members only.
2.Membership is valid for one year since the date of annual fee paid.
3.Annual fee and deposits are required to pay up front at once.Fees occurred on riding or
lessons will be deducted from the deposits. Refilling of deposits is required when the
balance is below RMB200.
4.Annual fee is non-refundable, non-cashable.
5.Members are eligible to use the club locker room and shower room.
6.Discounts on purchase of equipments are offered for members as following:
a)Green—10% off Silver—20% offGold—25% off? Diamond—30% off
7.Membership is transferable subject to a handling fee of RMB300 for each transaction.
8.If termination of membership is requested by member him/herself, balance of deposits is
non-refundable but still can be used for all later consumption in the club following
non-member standard.
9.Club has the right to cancel or terminate membership for any violation of laws or club
policies under which circumstances neither the annual fee nor balance of deposits
arerefundable.10.All terms and conditions are valid since June 1st, 2003
